Shipping policy

Processing. Each candle is hand-poured in small batches. Orders ship within 3–5 business days.

Domestic (US). Standard — $8, free on orders $70 and up. Express — $15.

International. We ship to 27 countries. Rates are calculated at checkout by carrier (USPS / DHL Express). International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Warm-weather shipping. Candles and heat don't mix. During warmer months we may hold shipments briefly to avoid weekend transit, so your candle arrives as it left us.

If an order arrives damaged, see our Refund & Return Policy — we replace damaged candles free, with a photo, within 7 days.
